Savills

Established in 2004 Savills Central Europe, a commercial real estate agent and chartered surveying company with Savills Plc in the UK and a local partner. The company rapidly grew from a staff of 3 to 40 offering property agency, investment advice, valuations and management services. Shares in the company were sold to Savills plc in 2006.

Den Gode Nabo

Bought into a landscaping company in Oslo Norway in 2010 with 6 employees. Subsequently increased the scope of services to undertake house management, facility management, insurance damage work and commercial property management. The company has grown to over 30 staff members with an annual turnover in excess of NOK 20m. Celtic is no longer involved in this project.

Trinity Corporate Services

Set up with business partner Trinity Corporate Services in 2004, a company which undertook professional accounting, payroll, bookkeeping and company formation. A niche in the market was identified for a need for shelf companies and from humble beginnings Trinity rapidly grew to become the market leader in trust services in the region with offices in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, and Romania. The company shares held were sold to ORESA in 2006.

Gentille Wineries

Established a winery in Herzogovina with a local partner. Originally the winery produced 3,000 bottles of red wine which has grown rapidly to a production of 30,000 bottles annually. Today the company owns 120ha. of land in the picturesque village of Klobuk, which is being cultivated for the production of wine and olive oil. A purpose built winery and visitors centre is currently being constructed. The company sponsored the Sarajevo film festival for the last three years serving its wine to VIPs including Angeline Jolie, Brad Pitt, Francis Ford Coppola, John Trevolta, Jeremy Irons, Erik Cantona and a large number of local film and music celebrities. Celtic Fire Engineering Australia

Established in 2006 a fire engineering company in Sydney Australia which grew from a staff of 3 to 40 and was subsequently sold to the management in 2010. The company offered Design and Installation of state of the art fire protection systems in accordance with Australian Standards & Building Code. Celtic is no longer involved in this project.
