An estate of 16 semi-detached houses and 3 individual building plots with a total area of approx. 3,900 m2, developed in the Wilanów Zawady district of Warsaw. All houses were sold and delivered to new owners and the remaining three building plots sold. Whilst the experience of developing the houses was a valuable lesson, the development showed a considerable loss for a number of reasons.
