2005 – 2007
In 2005, CAM purchased Celtic 8/12 Mlynarska street, Warsaw, on behalf of Laxey partners. The property comprised of a 5,300sq.m vacant department store and permits were secured to convert the upper floors to offices. Construction was completed by June 2007 and the property was fully leased to Hochteef, ING Bank, GE and Tesco.
In September 2007 the building was sold to British investment company TRITAX and CAM took a percentage of the development profits for acting as the developer.
