The Iris office building was constructed using the frame from a previous food warehouse. Construction began in spring 2011 and was completed in November 2012.
The building provides 14,300 m2 rentable space located over 6 floors and 255 underground and surface parking places.

100 % construction finance was secured from WBK bank. The property is currently 60% let to a number of tenants including VF Polska, and Saint Gobain and remained in CPDs portfolio as at August 2013.
