Celtic Park Piaseczno
Celtic Park Piaseczno, a site comprising some 7.8 ha was purchased in 2004 and and was a tired and run down industrial estate which had been constructed in 1976 with further additions. Celtic set about a programme of refurbishment and renewal and put in place new roofs, facades and building systems. The estate was converted into a modern workplace, voids filled and tenants replaced with new companies which entered into long instututional leases which in turn fully recovered the operational costs. Today the park has over 600 tenants. It comprises 4,500sq.m of offices in buildings AB and C, 15,000sq.m of warehousing in building D, and 6,200 sq.m of mixed use warehouse, office and self storage in buildings E and F. Additional floors are currently being constructed to provide a further 12,500 sq.m of space in these buildings. Permits have been obtained for further development, and the first phase building G was completed in July 2019 providing for a further 2,700sq.m of office and warehouse space. It is now fully let. Further permits have been secured which allows the development of a further 7,900sq.m of office and warehouses into the future.
Over the last few years the net rent has been increased from ca. 1m PLN in the first year to over 7m PLN today, and it continues to grow.
Celtic Park Piaseczno is the perfect place to conduct any type of business due to its quick and easy access to the centre of Warsaw.
