OCHOTA – WARSAW
22 Lopuszanska Street in Warsaw was purchased as a 4.5 ha industrial site with the potential of conversion into residential or office use.
Unfortunately it was not possible to obtain residential consent on the site, but outline planning permission has been granted for an office park consisting of four buildings. The 1st phase will be an office with 34 000 m² of usable area and the following 3 phases will be 14 700m² each. The 7-storey buildings will together contain approx. 66 000m² of rentable area with 2 441 parking spaces.
The site was sold to a Turkish Developer.
