12/14 Jana Kazimierza Street was purchased as an multi level industrial building which had a number of short term rentals providing income which paid for much of the outgoings on the property.

A permit was applied for and received for the demolition of the existing structure and the development of 18,600sq.m of offices. The economics of an office development became unattractive, and consent for a residential development of the same size was obtained in February 2013.

The site was sold at a small loss to a local developer in March 2013.
